When I first made this journal part of my plan for the “new look” of my website, I’d decided it would be an outlet for me to talk about things that I thought were important in life. Not that my thoughts are terribly important, but I wanted kind of a place where I could comment on the vagaries of life. But, as one of my aunts used to say, “The road to H-E-double hockey sticks is paved with good intentions.” Apparently she was right. So instead of a regular posting, I’ll commit to irregular postings. The postings will be irregular in rate, rhythm, and length. In fact, they will be irregularly irregular. So, there, my first posting in the new vein is now complete.
